As a counsellor working near Bishops Stortford, Ware, Hertford and Buntingford, I offer one to one counselling for adults and young people (over the age of 18 years), from a therapy room in a peaceful location in Albury, within easy access of Bishops Stortford, Ware, Hertford and Buntingford. Off street parking Is available. Therapy can be either face to face or virtual via phone or video call depending on the client's preference.

My name is Lucy, I am an Psychotherapeutic Counsellor who uses an integrative approach to counselling. I have experience of working with clients who present with a variety issues. My counselling practice is in Albury, which is within easy reach of Bishops Stortford, Ware, Hertford and Buntingford. I am committed to providing a high standard of counselling that will be personal to you.

I counsel individuals in a one to one setting, on an open-ended or time limited basis. Although I am a therapist based in Hertfordshire near Bishops Stortford, Ware, Buntingford and Hertford, at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, I undertook further training in online/telephone counselling which I have been using to support my work with existing clients, and has helped me greatly in being able to support new clients from various geographical locations. My face to face work remains focused on working therapeutically with clients from Bishop Stortford, Hertford, Ware, Buntingford and the surrounding villages.

My aim is to walk alongside you as you explore your reasons for seeking counselling; helping you to discover healthier ways of being, and work towards a more fulfilled life.

I also provide a therapeutic space to organisations, either in person or virtually, where an employee may have experienced sudden loss or trauma which may impact other work colleagues. This can be one off group/individual sessions, or it may be longer term support. This is a national service, I'm happy to travel to most locations throughout the British Isles.
